Voucher & payment receipt policy

Cut-off will be 30 days between 1st May & 15th June and 7 days between 1st September & 25th November. “No-show” will attract a full retention charge on the plan. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Child policy

Shiv Parivar Resort welcomes guests of all ages. Our child policy for kids is designed to make travelling with children even more enjoyable:

• Children up to 6 years sharing their parent's room (without extra bed) at no extra charges with meals complimentary as per room plan (maximum 2 children per room).
• Children between 6–10 years sharing their parent's room (without extra bed) — no extra room charge, but meals will be chargeable as per room plan.
• Children above 10 years sharing their parent's room will be treated as adults and will be charged for an extra bed and all meals as per room plan (maximum 1 child per room).

Cancellation policy

• If cancellation is done 30 or more days before arrival — 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done 25–30 days before arrival — 70% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done 20–24 days before arrival — 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done 10–19 days before arrival — 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done within 9 days of arrival — 0% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

No refund will be made in the event of the reservation being cancelled or rescheduled due to natural calamities, unforeseen circumstances, etc.
